Since 1988, The Consortium of Italian High-Quality Mattress Manufacturers has certified products based on hygiene, safety, durability, and the suitability of materials used in the production of mattresses and bed base components. Thanks to the star rating system, it is now easy to identify the quality of the product you are purchasing and to compare it with similar offerings. In addition to traditional laboratory tests that measure load resistance and longevity, we have introduced essential new criteria for evaluating quality:
HEALTH AREA
Aspects concerning the mattress’s performance in terms of environmental remediation and the prevention of physical discomfort factors that directly impact sleep quality.
SAFETY AREA
Aspects related to the suitability, safety, and verified origin of the mattress in relation to its intended use.
DURABILITY AREA
Aspects related to the suitability, safety, and verified origin of the mattress in relation to its intended use.
MATERIALS AREA
Aspects addressing the physical properties of the materials and individual components used, depending on the mattress type.
CONSTRUCTION QUALITY AREA
Aspects reflecting the craftsmanship and finishing level of the mattress, based on the quality and physical attributes of the materials employed.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AREA
Information accompanying each mattress in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
