In 2022, following the passing of Guerrino, Simone assumed the role of CEO of Lordflex’s as the eldest of the three brothers. He had previously been involved in financial analysis and control, while also developing expertise in cost management and industrial ccounting, as well as acquiring knowledge of regulations, company and product certifications. Moreover, Simone stands out for his digital and technological skills.

Commercial Director
Ernesto has always held the company’s highest commercial role, backed by a solid education in marketing and corporate communication. Methodical, punctual, and reliable, he carries out this delicate role which demands strong interpersonal skills, empathy, networking skills, and team management. Moreover, he demonstrates analytical skills in data analysis and market forecasting, he possesses a thorough understanding of sales techniques, and much more. Ernesto is valued by clients not only for his negotiation abilities but also for his strong problem-solving skills. Giovanni is a meticulous, attentive, organized, and pragmatic professional few words, many actions. A key member of the Lordflex’s team, he expertly plans and optimizes production processes while coordinating the entire supply chain, from inbound material management to delivery logistics. Giovanni efficiently handles and resolves any issues or unexpected challenges, making complex operations run smoothly and effortlessly. Under his leadership, mattresses and bedding systems are manufactured with a commitment to Total Quality Management. He is also recognized for his strict compliance with workplace safety regulations and his dedicated focus on human resources.
